Soumya graduated from the University of Michigan in 2006 with a BS in political science and general biology. In 2008 she completed her Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Soumya is interested in harnessing technology for global development and emergency management, particularly in infectious disease.
