Andrzej Marciniak

Andrzej Marciniak, PhD, joined the Center for Neurological Imaging team in 2018. His main interest is the development of web-based platform for supporting accessible, reproducible and transparent computational research in domain of brain imaging.

He graduated from the Technical University of Wroclaw with a Doctorate in Computer Science. His PhD thesis on Neural Network Ensembles in Fault Detection and Classification was done under the direction of Prof. Jozef Korbicz from University of Zielona Gora, where Dr. Marciniak worked in years 1997 – 2017. His work focused on the application of pattern recognition algorithms in medical and industrial diagnostics.
